The Camp


THE CAMP

The camp will be held on June 14, 2008 at the Tucker High School in Tucker, Georgia. 

Camp Schedule- All Campers to arrive by 8:00 a.m.

Late Registration

Parents are encourage to attend.
8:30 - 9:00 a.m.

*CAMPER REQUIREMENTS
All campers are responsible to bring football cleats, sneakers, shorts and shirt. Quarterbacks must bring own football.

INSTRUCTION

The camp will be divided into two parts:

1. Position Specific Drills: Participants are separated into position groups (Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide/Receivers/Tight Ends, Offensive Linemen and Defensive Linemen, Linebackers and Defensive Backers) to work individually on football skills and techniques with position coaches. Each group will go through instructional stations where they learn specific skills and actions and practice them repeatedly until they become habit.

Example: Receivers Position Group (Wide Outs, Tight Ends and Running Backs) - Stance, release, speed, quickness, blocking techniques - Patterns including: hitch, quick out, slant, curl, hook, post-corner, fade, dig, fly, drag and etc. Instructional group players will be grouped by position and grade in school.

Groups will be divided as follows:
Group 1- Seniors & Juniors
Group 2- Sophomores & Freshmen
Group 3- 6th-8th Grade  
Group 4- 1st-5th Grade

2. ONE-ON-ONES: The coaches will conduct one-on-one drills and non-contact line drills.

COACHES

Camp coaches are local high school coaches, college players from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Alabama, Auburn, Clemson and Miami of Ohio and former NFL players. 

All coaches have either played in college and/or professionally and are as dedicated to the youth of our community as Toderick Malone. Our coaches will ensure to provide an environment where football is enjoyed and skills are enhanced.

The coaches will conduct one-on-one drills and non-contact linedrills.
